The platform's stated goal is to empower service providers to expand their businesses and increase earnings.

 <li>You create a Service Provider profile on GoodWork.ph, selecting the services you offer and the areas you cover.</li>
 <li>On the GoodWork app, you receive notifications for new service requests that match your profile.</li>
 <li>The first provider to accept the job is assigned the work.</li>
 <li>After the customer confirms the service, you visit the location to perform the work and, upon completion, receive payment.</li>
</ol>

GoodWork also emphasizes support for partners throughout their experience. For questions or concerns, the Support team is available. It is recommended to keep all discussions within the GoodWork messaging platform to maintain clarity.

Post-service, customers rate the provider, making punctuality and quality of service important. The matching process takes ratings into account, so higher customer satisfaction can lead to more opportunities.
